Ice melts fast

I like the two different sizes and how fast the ice is made. The bad part is how fast the ice melts. We put it in our freezer to keep it frozen but if you don't pay attention it all melts together because it makes the ice so fast.

You must dump constantly or it melts.

I purchased knowing that none of the ice makers in this price range are insulted. I thought I could just dump into containers when full and put in the freezer. I wasn’t thinking about the fact that the first 6-7 cubes immediately begin melting so unless you’re constantly emptying it, half are melted by the time the basket is full. I purchased for ice dyeing and the ice would just freeze into giant clumps since it was watery when I transferred to the fridge.

I’d give it a five except,Love this ice maker! My saving grace! Not had it a year and it’s giving errors that ice is full. Tried troubleshooting it. Reached out to customer support directly to vendor to see if they can replace it. Awaiting response. Hopefully it’s a simple solution.
