Wonderful but - Gauze sleeve for juicer warps easily

Ground up a bunch of venison. Definitely needs a break after 30 mins of gringing though.

nice machine

Processed 3 bushels of tomatoes with only minor issues. The seive does need to be cleaned often - maybe every 1/2 bushel for best results. I also ran the grindings back through twice to extract all the juice. The threaded end plug on the seive needs to be adjusted as it creates back pressure in the grinder's throat. I needed to play with this adjustment until I found an optimal setting. Overall, this is a good unit for the price, but it is NOT a commercial unit.

Pros: cost, speed at which it can process, sharp blades, noise level is not as loud as many that I have used.
Cons: difficult to run meats through a second time, tray for meat does not work well, takes a bit to clean metal residue off before there is no more meat that shows the grey when initially using it.
I really like this product...but with reserve.
It is fast and efficient. It is easy to assemble, not as easy to disassemble if your grip strength is not good. Due to this, it may be a struggle to not only unlock the removable parts from the motor portion, but also the piece that holds the cutting plate. I did not see any information regarding which way to face the cutting blade, but this might have been a lack of no user manual in my package.
If you like to run meats through a second time to grind finer or to mix with seasonings, it is a bit more of challenge.
I do recommend this product as an amazing, lesser expensive alternative to those that will not be grinding mass quantities and/or requiring a second pass through.
