Do not waste your money we have had 2 machines die after 3 months
I bought this used then 3 months later made the worst squeaky noise! Not impressed! My much more cheaper one last a year and a half. Stay away
This machine didn’t even make it 6 months before it started sounding like it is dying.
It started making a loud squealing noise, theres no help out there on how to fix this, this was a $700 paper weight, the brand is garbage, save yourself the money and go elsewhere
My family gave me the countertop icemaker for my birthday in June. Today’s date is July 23 and it won’t make any ice. It’s about one month and two weeks old. I’ve used it three different times and it’s making noise but the water is not freezing. I don’t think this is a good brand.
