One Star - Extremely Disappointed
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. The craftsmanship of their product was shockingly poor—within a short time of receiving it, a key component broke through no fault of my own. When I reached out for a replacement part, they flat-out refused to help me because the item had been given to me as a gift and I didn’t have the original proof of purchase.
So apparently, if you receive one of their products as a gift, you’re out of luck if anything goes wrong. No warranty support. No accountability. Just a rigid policy and a shrug.
A good company stands by its products and makes things right when they fail. This one clearly doesn’t. I won’t be recommending them to anyone, and I suggest you think twice before buying from them—especially if it’s meant to be a gift.
Bonjour, Je viens de recevoir ma nouvelle theillère. L'appareil fonctionne très bien. Facile à utiliser. Dommage que la diode du bouton de start reste allumée. Avez-vous une solution pour l'économie ? Avez-vous une solution plus élégante que de débrancher pour faire des économies d'énergie. Merci
